Description:
The Student Housing South project at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo consisted of 11 four-five story buildings totaling approximately 950,000 SF and containing 1,400 beds. Including two parking structures totaling approximately 325,000 SF. Our goal was to maintain and enrich the designer's intent of a sense of community along the entire complex and in each building —both internally and externally— thus, increasing the interaction and exchange mode among the residents.
